Director, RICS Registered Valuer
David has worked in property since 2003. Prior to founding RES Property Surveyors, he worked in professional advisory and investment roles for international firms including Lambeth Smith Hampton, Savills and Cushman & Wakefield.
David undertakes work across all service lines, specialising in lease extension and freehold enfranchisement matters with extensive tribunal experience.
Richard Summers MRICS
Director, RICS Registered Valuer
Richard has worked in property since 2008. He worked in regional agency, development and valuation roles for King Sturge and JLL before a retained investment management position working for L&G.
Rich focuses on valuation, agency and investment management instructions.
Patrick Conlon MRICS
Director, Chartered Building Surveyor
RICS Chartered Building Surveyor specialising in Building Surveys, Defect Reports and Housing Disrepair claims.
Patrick has over 10 years’ post qualification experience and brings a wealth of experience and diligence to the execution of technical building survey reporting.Â
Paul Tarrant MRICS
Director, RICS Registered Valuer
Paul has worked in property since 2006. He worked in regional valuation and lease advisory with Brunton Howles and DTZ prior to London West End experience with Cushman & Wakefield and JLL.
Paul has a focus on commercial valuations, landlord and tenant work and specialist valuations for social housing, registered providers and schools.

Marc has a specialism in Party Wall Matters and Neighbourly Matters and brings vast experience gained in previous roles at West End firms.
